Viva Maya - 1 Bedroom Units ????

I'm trying to decide between the Viva Maya and the Allegro. I have a family of 5 (18,15,12 years old). My two teenagers need their space or they will drive each other crazy

. We have a time share exchange, so we can only stay in either of these two resorts. In our RCI book, the Viva Maya lists that they have 1 bedroom units that hold 6 people. The Allegro lists that they have 2 bedroom units, which might work out better. But I have been reading reviews and people either like the Allegro or absolutely hate it!!!!
I need your help!
