Lindo with Kids
Anyone on this board ever tried the babysitting services offered by Iberostar Lindo? Curious as to what your experience was. Also curious as to cost. We have a 2 and 4 year old and would only use them to stay while they slept at night.

bolo - I used it at the Ib* del Mar next door for my 1.5 year old. It cost $10 an hour and you must give a 24 hour notice to get a sitter. The sitters are generally hotel workers (mostly female) who work after hours for some extra money. You actually pay the hotel the money (if I remember correctly).
I think our sitter was there for 3 hours and we didn't have any problem with her. She spoke decent english, however at this point my boy understands spanish better then english so that wasn't a problem. Our friend got a sitter almost every night and sometimes longer then 3 hours for their 1 year old. They had no complaints either. |
