Best Room/View at the Lindo

Hi...

Anyone who's been to the Lindo have any opinion on best room area, or view? Is a garden view better than a pool view, courtyard view better than a garden view, etc....? My daughter and I prefer to be closer to the beach, the walk to the lobby and the buffets/restaurants won't bother us. I've looked at some of the pictures from the Lindo, and the courtyard view looks nice, but can you look across and stare right into someone else's balconey? Don't really care what floor I'm on.

Also, doesn't anyone know how much tennis lessons are at the Lindo and what they're like? I'm sure it's expensive, but is it worth the price for even just one lesson to get you started?

Thanks for any info...

Michelle

The buildings go from 50 (nearest the beach) to 55 (nearest the lobby). We were in 52 and thought it a great location. They first put us in 55 but they were rehearsing for the evening show when we checked in and we realized that it was going to be quite noisy in the evenings, so we asked to move.

We had the garden view, which actually faced the Paraiso next door. We weren't looking into anyone's balcony but people do walk down the road between the two resorts. We were on the first floor so this would be less obvious if you were upstairs. We liked the garden view over the pool view because again it was more quiet and peaceful. It was great having morning coffee on our porch. Honestly, aside from the very lobby end of building 55, I don't think there is a bad room there.l

We were in building 51, which we loved. We were close to the beach, pool and the buffet that served breakfast and lunch (the fondue and Steakhouse at night). We had a pool view, which was fine for us. There was rarely much noise until after 10AM.
