Hands down, I would buy a bigger house. We're busting out of this place!!

Well, a million bucks isn't a lot these days but..........it's enough for me!

Heck, I'd take half a million, I'm not picky!

The first thing I'd do is take my son (who is 12) to California to have reconstructive surgery with a doctor out there who is the VERY best in the world at what he does...but he accepts no insurance (guess cause he's the best and doesn't HAVE to? grrrrr).

It's very specialized surgery and not many docs in this country do it...and those that do, don't do it very well.

Assuming I'd have something left.....

Pay off my mortgage

Put money away for the kids college education (cause Lord knows I don't have it!)

Still something left?

Buy a new car

Take as many vacations as possible

easy...Pay my daughters college for the next four years..pay off her car and give her some living money...
Go to playa rent a 2 bedroom condo furnished...look around pick up a couple of pieces of property south of Playa..Live for a while on easy street...Open a Bar in Tulum and build a nice little 2000sqf house on my land down south and then hang at oscar y Lalos with Scott drinking Tequila forever!

Hmmmmm- I would find some way to put the money to "work" in such a way that I would never have to work again......
Of course a nice condo in Puerto Aventuras plus nice car would be bought before that- and a nice condo plus car over here.
Then I'd buy each of my friends and loved ones something nice they desire...and probably invite them all to Mex as they haven't been there.
Most likely I'd also donate some money for health projects and projects for turtles.

What a nice dream.......................

Nah, I do know what I'd do:

Get a great financial planner first.
I would probably set up an annuity or something and live off the interest.
Buy my parents the land they've been looking at so they can retire.
Donate some to charity.
Build a house, open a bar - something like that - somewhere on the Riviera Maya...
Travel.

I think I could do all that on a million bux.

Oh, and I'd love to go to Vegas and play anything in the "high-rollers" area. Doesn't matter what... just once. The logical side of me probably wouldn't let me do that, but I think it'd be a really cool feeling.

I would invest[safely] 1/2 of what the feds didn't get. Next,an acre of land above Caribelle Batik in St. Kitts W.I. It"s high on a mountain,with a view of the Caribbean Sea & the Isle of Saba.

I would't need a car,just a donkey & a scooter to get around.

Grow my own veggies, build me a dome-house, & a little guest house or two. Maybe open a restaurant, or do some cooking for one.Heaven.

Let the sun shine.

I would give 50% to my parents
I would keep 35% and invest it in stocks
I would give my big sis 15%
