Okay

1) Save/invest $300,000
2) Pay off mortgage
3) Pay off truck loan
4) Replace my car before it dies...a subtle Impreza WRX STI will get me to work on time
5) My wife can quit...hey wait, she did that already!

6) Travel more

I'd set up investments to put my young nieces, nephews and David's son through college. Buy David and me twin Porsche Boxsters. Buy a nice house for David and me that's closer to where he lives (we're 45 miles apart) so he can be close to his son. Set up investments to sufficiently fund vacations wherever, whenever and investigate a purchase in the PDC area. Pay off my cousin's mortgage.

I'm with you! I'd be in Playa faster than you can say PDC. I'd buy a house and then invest the rest so we could live off the interest.

On second thought.... I would still buy me a condo in Akumal. If I lived there all the time then I would have nothing to look forward to, plus my heart is in Texas. I need the malls, city, sports teams, concerts, and yes even the traffic once in a while. I would send for this young man I got a massage from last July. I'd set him up in his own place and get a massage everyday. He gave me the best massage I ever had... and I have had alot.

I hear ya, Seakony. Although I'd be taking mucho grande vacations, especially to Playa, there's just too many people I love here around home. I just couldn't leave them permanently. And looking forward to going to Playa is almost as much fun as being there.

Then again,when I had 2 grammies into their 90's and my Mom & Dad both,well,couldn't even think it.Now,if I hit the big bux...look out,be building my dome house in St.Kitts & inviting ya'll over for BBQ on my private jet!
