Yes, but most men (I said most) can't think of more than one thing at a time... that's why it SEEMS like all they think about is sex.

That's just MY theory.

sorry,

squat in a doorway near the center of the house, bend over put your head between your legs and kiss your @$$ good-by.

Well I made up the last part but the first sentence is correct.

Back on topic.

Can someone find stats for natural disasters in the US over the last 10 - 30 years (I say 30 years so it would include the 1971 and 1994 earthquakes). Including earthquakes, hurricanes, tornados, freezing weather, hot weather, volcano eruptions, etc. The stats would include # of injuries, deaths, damage in dollars.

Y'all may be surprised, I don't think earthquakes would be much of a blip in those stats.

Don't every get in doorway, the damn doors swing back and forth and cut off hands.

In the 1994 Northridge quake, there was a three story apartment building down the street from where I lived that looked like 2 story after the quake, the bottom floor collapsed. Most of the 1st floor survivors were next to their beds. Moral get next to or under a very strong piece of furniture, and cover up. Helmets help as well.

Yup, better off staying inside, taking cover and screaming. The earthquake in Dec of last year in Central California (can't remember the town), the only 2 deaths were people running out of a store and the brick facade on the outside of the store fell on them .
