Anyone familiar with Casa de Flor?

I've done a search and can't seem to find anything regarding Casa de Flor.

We've rented places through VRBO.com (Vacation Rental By Owner) in the U.S. before, so I thought I would look there to see what is available in Playa.

I found a place called Casa de Flor that appears to be owned by Americans. The directions they gave me were: Casa de Flor is on First Ave. (Primera Ave.), between 12th and 16th North ( entre 12 y 16 norte). Two blocks from the ****** beach.

The owners names are Vera & Daniel.

Is anyone familiar with them or the hotel?

Thanks much!
Barb

We walked by this place several times when staying at the Eclipse Hotel. The location is good, on a quiet street, but close to all the action. It seemed like a pleasant looking place, but I wasn't inside, nor did we see any rooms. The price on the website you noted seems reasonable for what we were able to see just walking by. Sorry I can't help more.

Hi Mave, thanks for the info. We're going straight to check the place out (the owners are expecting us) when we get into town. We haven't made reservations anywhere, so if we like it we're going to stay there.

I stayed there for some time. The location is great. Once in a while you hear the live music from the Apasionado because it's just on the other side of the block. But other than that, the location is very convenient. If you have any further questions, PM me.
