Anybody have Sky TV? Question

Curious as to how many English channels are on the premium Sky HD package. Anybody have any experience with it? My Spanish is good enough to read the info on their site, but unless I missed it, that info isn't included on the site.

Thanks in advance.

Very few.
Warner and Sony have some shows in English.
Occasionally, you'll get an English feed on ESPN or Fox Sports.
With all of the streaming options available , it's time (for us) to "cut he cable".

On many channels you have the option to choose between Spanish and original language.

Check the SAP for english.
From Wiki: SAP is part of the multichannel television sound (MTS) standard originally set by the National Television Systems Committee (NTSC) in 1984 in the United States. The NTSC video format and MTS are also used in Canada and Mexico.

One problem with the SAP is that a program you would expect to have an English option for will pop up in Spanish on both settings. Sometimes, if you set English (if the original language is the same), it will be in Spanish but by putting it on the default (Spanish), it will be English. As an example, ESPN will give you its NFL games in both language while Fox is pure espaņol, no matter how you set it. Except for some playoff games and the Super Bowl.

I choose the English option.
Still, very few channels in English.
Cable/satellite may be cheap here but we rarely, if ever, use it.
Between, USTVNow, Netflix and fmovies.to, we have no need for cable/satellite.
