Hi Bonnie! Try the cueva del change for the most delish chicken mole, they make it there and the chef is fantastic, i was really flavor-shocked, the whole deal, natural foods, great combos and some grand yogurt smoothies. Give it a shot.
Also, i put a post up about wanting to interview people visiting here and what not and since youre coming down do you reckon you'd have like 30 mins to spare to talk to me about why you decided to come here and stuff? am doing a PhD on tourism to the region and itd be great help! either way, check cueva del chango, oooof, great food!
