I'm getting a little worried about the future of Playa. We put a down payment on a fractional(one month) at El Faro 4 years ago and have yet to have a closing. We can get a full refund at any time and it seems that Playa is experiencing a true downturn. This November will be our 12th year in Playa and every year more places are disappearing. What do you full timers think is tha future for this once growing vacation spot? Curious Drew.

I'm just getting to know the cave divers in the area, it's a small circle of people :O)

I'd like to freelance guiding, but don't want to attempt it until I get my FM3 sorted. I know people do it, but we want to setup business here and I don't want to be booted out the country before I even start!

Hence the idea for the corporation.

I'm still waiting to here back from Pepe.. my legal guy see what he suggests.
