Hi, Just a word of caution if you use the buy playa agent (Jill) I rented a condo for a month through her..honestly I found it a bit frustrating at times.. she seems to pick and choose what she wanted to answer from my many questions!...and that left me scracthing my head many times! Now wether she was too busy?!? I don't know...Happy hunting

Not all rental or real estate companies are above board. Buy Playa is mentioned and that is one of the better ones. However they work other agencies contracts and that is where we are having problems. Nothing big but problems non the less. Contracted for cable/internet, washing machine. Now one month into the contract and it took 12 days for the internet connection, still no washer and a bedroom door locked with no key available. Took a hissy fit to get a locksmith 12 hours later. If you can rent direct with an owner you will have less problems.
