We're perfectly happy with the variety at the buffets, but we have enjoyed all of our meals at the A La Cartes. If you're able to get a reservation at the Japanese restaurant, your kids would probably really enjoy watching their meal be prepared... it's a lot of fun. Depending on when you go, sometimes they will set up a restaurant in one of the beach grills at night, and that's always fun to eat down there at night and feel the breeze. Another thing the kids might enjoy is the kitchen tour. They used to offer it on Thursdays, and you signed up for it at the towel stand on the Tropical side... very interesting! Also, be sure and swim at night when you have those massive pools to yourself under the stars! You're making me want to go back now....
