There's a shop on 25th Ave just a few feet north of the corner of 4th St on the east side of the avenue. MAYBE they'll have one.

Although, I would check Soriana and City Club first.

There are outdoor - free to use- squash courts at the park on Juarez and 105 Ave. I was there this past Friday night at 11:00 PM, the lights were still on and the courts were available.
