LOCATION

Casa Alcazar is located in Playacar Phase 2, just North of the Reef Club Playacar. Playacar Phase 2 is a quiet, beautifully landscaped community which houses the Robert Hagge-designed championship golf course.

DESCRIPTION

This spacious, fully air-conditioned home is designed to sleep a large group of people, but at the same time, provides the ultimate in privacy as each bedroom has its own bath, balcony, and kitchenette for coffee in the morning and mini-fridge for cold drinks. The large courtyard patio, which can be accessed from either the foyer or the dining room, provides relaxing outdoor space amid lush tropical landscaping. From here you can enjoy the adjacent shared swimming pool or tennis courts or follow the path to the beach. There is also a rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy a midday nap swinging in the breeze in a hammock.

Casa Alcazar is only a short 3 minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes walk to 5th avenue and the center of Playa del Carmen. Guests of Casa Alcazar can take advantage of the owners' Reef Club Playacar VIP card. Using this VIP card, you have access to beach towels and lounge chairs or you may opt for the half-day/full day all-inclusive package with discount. This entitles you to all meals, snacks and beverages; all non-motor water sports activities, on site gym and pool activities!

Downstairs

On the lowest level you will find the fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, blender and much more; then the dining room and living room, follwed by the foyer which has a small library and television set and finally a large bedroom with twin beds, and private bath.

Upstairs

On the second floor, the master suite with king bed and a private sitting area with TV/VCR and a fabulous balcony also has a spiral staircase leading to a private rooftop terrace with views of the surrounding jungle and turquoise Caribbean Sea. The lobby of the second floor is a common open air sitting area with a palapa roof and ceiling fan. The other three bedrooms and baths are down the hall and each have their own balcony. One bedroom has a queen sized bed, one has a set of twins that can be made up as a king, and one has a double and a twin.
