Part of the popular housing group called Villas de Mayab and conveniently located near the entrance to Playacar Phase 2 and the lovely Xaman Ha Aviary, Casa Guacamaya is a spacious, sparkling house that offers great value for your vacation dollar. With 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, ample outdoor entertaining areas, and a brand-new large outdoor hot tub, Casa Guacamaya is the perfect house for entertaining a big family or a group of friends. All bedrooms have their own bathroom, each of which features a tub/shower combo, and there is a half bath on the first floor for absolute privacy. This home shares a large community pool and palapa, as well as newly-refurbished tennis courts. Casa Guacamaya is a 3 minute walk to the beach down a shaded jungle path that winds past Mayan ruins, and it is only a 5 minute walk to 5th avenue. Combine Casa Guacamaya for a 10% discount with its sister house next door, Casa Macaw, to accommodate up to 12 people!

Guests of Casa Guacamaya can take advantage of the owners' Reef Club Playacar VIP card. Using this VIP card, you have access to the nearby resort's beach towels and lounge chairs or you may opt for the half-day/full day all-inclusive package with discount. This entitles you to all meals, snacks and beverages; all non-motor water sports activities, on site gym and pool activities!

Downstairs

Entering this home, you'll find a half bath and the shady and cool sunken living room with its floor to ceiling glass windows, brightly-colored Caribbean-style furnishings, and built-in bar. You'll also find the dining room, with its rustic pine and glass table, and french doors leading to an outdoor covered patio with traditional Mexican leather furniture. Soak your cares away in the big, brand-new outdoor jacuzzi. In the fully equipped kitchen you'll find ample counter space for preparing meals and a lot of serving pieces and platters for entertaining. Off the kitchen you'll find the laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer. Rounding out the first floor is a guest bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 2 twin beds that can be pushed together to be made up as a king.

Upstairs

Upstairs you'll find two more bedrooms, one master bedroom with a king bed, dressing area, en-suite bath, and sundeck. The other bedroom also features a king bed and en-suite bath. The two bedrooms are separated by a breezy foyer featuring a quiet sitting area and full-sized futon for extra sleeping or relaxation space.
