Mullaney is located in Playacar Phase 1, only 15 yards from
the ocean. There's only a small road between this house and the beach. Playacar
Phase 1 is a residential secure community on the beach with many gorgeous private
homes. It's adjacent to Playa del Carmen.
DESCRIPTION Casa Mullaney is a very pleasant villa with an amazing location, only 15 yards from the stunning Caribbean beach. This personable house is decorated with in a cheerful Mexican/Caribbean color scheme and each room is painted in different colors and designs. With its pool and the design of the bedrooms, it's a great choice for families or a group of friends.
The private pool and the patio with a BBQ grill is the first thing you encounter at Casa Mullaney. As you enter the villa you have the Mexican style kitchen to your left; it's decorated with hand painted tiles and it's both spacious and well equipped. Just outside the kitchen there's a big dining table with space for 8 people. The rooms opens up to the living room, with comfortable sofas, TV, a library of books, movies and board games. On the wall you have wooden masks and Mexican art, and the high ceiling with wooden beams creates a lofty feeling. High up on the wall wooden shutters lead to the upstairs bedroom. French doors open up to a covered patio facing the ocean. One door leads out to the sizable staircase, decorated with hand painted Mexican tiles. Two air-conditioned bedrooms, both with its private bathroom and a king size bed, are accessed from the staircase. Adjacent to the living room we also have an out-door room protected with mosquito netting, perfect for playing games or just hanging out at night.
Upstairs we have the third air-conditioned bedroom, also with a private bathroom. This room has three individual size beds, and a fourth bed can be added. Windows towards the pool as well as wooden 'windows' opening up towards the living room below create bright and airy feeling. The staircase takes you up one level further, to the roof top terrace with a stunning ocean view.
