Casa Paloma Blanca in Playacar Phase 1, Playa del Carmen, Mexico Casa Paloma Blanca is located in Playacar Phase 1, only 120 yards from the beach. Playacar Phase 1 is a residential secure community on the beach with many gorgeous private homes. It's adjacent to Playa del Carmen.

DESCRIPTION

Casa Paloma Blanca lies embedded in greenery in Playacar Phase 1, only a few moments to the beach. This house is lovingly designed and decorated with light, color and space in mind, creating a rustic/chic blend that is very pleasing to the eye and the soul alike. This house is great for two couples; with one bedroom upstairs and one downstairs, you will have your privacy.

Downstairs

Wooden/glass doors lead you into the spacious and open living room with rustic Mexican furniture of rattan, leather and wood. The kitchen is to your left, fully equipped and decorated with hand painted Mexican tiles. The dining area with a tiled table faces the living room with its high ceiling, and a staircase that adds to the personality of this gorgeous vacation home. A covered patio is accessible from the living room, as well as from the downstairs bedroom. This air-conditioned bedroom has two matrimonial size beds, lots of closet space, nice wooden furniture and a bathroom with a marble tub. The patio is furnished with table,chairs and a sitting hammock, and it's surrounded with lush vegetation which attracts tropical birds and butterflies.

Upstairs

Upstairs you'll find the second air-conditioned bedroom, decorated in a safari theme. The high ceiling adds light and space to the room, which has a king size bed, wooden closets and a nice couch. There's a spacious bathroom with double basin and a marble tub adjacent to the bedroom. French doors lead out to a balcony with a hammock and a narrow winding staircase takes you up to a furnished roof top terrace with a sliver of ocean view.
