Playa is located in Playacar Phase 1, a gated residential community
adjacent to Playa del Carmen. This house has a fantastic location directly
on the beach with an amazing view of the Caribbean Sea and the island
of Cozumel on the horizon.
DESCRIPTION Casa Playa is a nice ocean front Mexican house with bungalow feeling, situated right on the white sandy beach of the Caribbean. The setting enables you to enjoy the most wonderful sunrise and a great view of Cozumel in the distance. The main social area, with its high ceiling, has an open design and contains the living room, the dining area, a bar and the kitchen. Big glass doors on both sides - towards the ocean and towards the garden/courtyard - give the house a airy and outdoorsy feeling. The open lay-out creates a constant contact with the turquoise Caribbean Sea and makes for a beautiful backdrop to dinners and quality time with friends and family. The doors open up to a covered beach front terrace with tables and chairs.
When you enter from the street you step into a courtyard with tropical plants. One bedroom with 2 individual beds and a private bathroom has a private entrance to this courtyard. The other two bedrooms are accessed from the main house and both face the beach. One bedroom has a king size bed, private bathroom and doors to the covered beach front terrace. The second bedroom has two individual beds, a private bathroom and a small private covered beach front terrace with a table and chairs. Casa Playa has no AC, but since you're on the beach there's a constant sea breeze.
