Salsa is located in Playacar Phase 1, a secure, residential community located just south of the ferry dock to Cozumel and between the beach
and 10th avenue in Playa del Carmen. Some of the most gorgeous private homes in Playa del Carmen are in Playacar Phase 1.
DESCRIPTION Casa Salsa is a large, appealing single family home surrounded by beautiful, mature tropical foliage. Located just 100 yards (or a 1-2 minute walk) from the pure white sandy beach and yet without the expense of a beachfront rental, Casa Salsa gives you your money's worth and more. With four bedrooms, four baths, and two kitchens, this expansive home is perfect for a large family or two small families traveling together. For those with smaller groups, Casa Salsa can also be rented during selected dates as a three bedroom house for a reduced rate.
This home's design lends itself to an extraordinary amount of privacy, even for large groups. On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms, both with full-sized beds. One bedroom has an en-suite bath and sliding glass doors which lead to the garden patio. The other bedroom is like its own studio apartment, featuring a small living room with a pull-out couch, small table, full bath, and kitchenette.
Upstairs you'll find two more bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and en-suite bath, and one with a full-sized bed. There is also another full-sized bathroom. The bright and breezy living room has a U-shaped, built-in couch with comfy turquoise cushions that complement the mosaic-tiled table and wicker coffee table and chair. The cheery, blue-and-white tiled kitchen has an island for easy dinner prep, and a matching tile-top table which seats 7. Sliding glass doors off the dining/living area lead to the big, partially-covered terrace. Here you'll find plenty of patio furniture, a BBQ grill, and a gorgeous blue mosaic-tiled, built-in bench, as well as a large blue tile table perfect for your outdoor sunrise breakfast. From the rooftop sundeck, over the treetops you can catch a glimpse of the dazzling Caribbean sea.
