Lorenzo is located in Playacar Phase 1, right by the ocean.
There's only a small road between the house and the beautiful white beach. Playacar
Phase 1 is a residential secure community on the beach with many gorgeous private
homes. It's adjacent to Playa del Carmen.
DESCRIPTION Casa San Lorenzo is built around a lovely courtyard with a fountain, giving the house a feeling of a Mexican Hacienda. The house is colorfully decorated with love and attention, and the walls are full of eclectic and rustic Mexican and Mayan art. There are lots of windows in every room making the house bright and airy. The ambiance is enhanced by beautiful textiles on beds and walls, terra cotta tiled floors, hand painted tiles, rustic furniture of wood and leather as well as lots of wood on doors, windows and in ceilings. All in all it's a personal and beautiful house, with a fantastic Mexican/Caribbean feeling.
The courtyard has a BBQ grill and tables and chairs for outside dining, and big wooden doors open up towards the beach. On one side of the courtyard you have the cozy and comfortable living room as well as the dining room and the kitchen (all adjacent to each other). The dining room holds a table for 8 people, and there's a guest bathroom in this part of the house. The spacious country-side style kitchen is very well equipped, both when it comes to appliances and utensils. Across the courtyard you find two separate bedrooms, each with two individual size beds, AC, ceiling fan and private bathroom.
The fun and colorful staircase leads up to a landing, open towards the beach, with a small table and chairs. To the left you have a big open terrace with lounge chairs and the most wonderful ocean view, and a spacious air-conditioned bedroom with two matrimonial beds and a private bathroom with a skylight. The room is bright and airy with lots of windows and doors that open up to the terrace. On the other side of the house (to your right as you come up the stairs) is the roomy air-conditioned master bedroom with a beautiful ocean view, a king size bed, and a private bathroom with a skylight.
The main staircase leads up to a roof top tower with an amazing 360 degree view of the Caribbean Sea, the gorgeous white beach and beautiful villas nestled in lush vegetation.
