Casa Stavola is located in Playacar Phase 1, right on the magnificent white sand beach. Playacar Phase 1 is a secure, residential community located just south of the ferry dock to Cozumel and between the beach and 10th avenue in Playa del Carmen. Some of the most gorgeous private homes in Playa del Carmen are in Playacar Phase 1.

Large windows, sliding glass doors, and high, slanted ceilings illuminate this first-class home with brilliant natural light, and refreshing sea breezes keep you cool at all times.

Decorated with careful attention to detail and beauteous furnishings, this home has all you will need to fulfill your dream vacation fantasies. The master bedroom with ensuite bath features a king-sized bed and sliding glass doors which lead to the patio/pool. The second bedroom has 2 individual-sized beds, which are easily pushed together for a king bed if desired. The fully-equipped kitchen is open and airy; you can prepare dinner or those ubiquitous margaritas while still talking with others in the living and dining areas. The dining room has a lovely wood table with seating for 6 people. A half step down from the dining room, the living room boasts comfortable, custom-covered furniture, the television, and sliding glass doors leading to the patio and pool. The lounge and patio furniture surrounding the pool create the perfect outdoor living space, where you can relax and revel in the views of palm trees, sea, sun, and sand.

Right next door to this home is a 3 bedroom sister home, also called Casa Stavola. While large families can rent both homes together, the homes are completely separate. Tropical plants and a bridge divide the property lines and offer each home a lot of privacy.
