Xtacay is located in Playacar Phase 1, about 150 yards from
the beach. Playacar is a residential secure community on the beach with many
gorgeous private homes, adjacent to Playa del Carmen. The house is surrounded
by a big tropical garden which attracts small animals, birds and butterflies
and gives the house a secluded and private feeling.
DESCRIPTIONCasa Xtacay is a unique villa for its size and its amenities. This two level house has plenty of social areas, both indoors and outdoors, a big well equipped kitchen and two swimming pools in a big lush tropical garden. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and the master bedroom is equipped with a jacuzzi. Casa Xtacay is a spacious villa which is a great choice for a bigger group.
On the first level you'll find a poolside living room with two groups of sofas, TV/VCR and big double doors opening up towards the main pool. This social area also has a bar with a fridge, so you don't have to go upstairs for that poolside drink. The garden-framed smaller pool is connected with the main swimming pool by a cascade, creating a wonderful jungle feeling. There's a big patio with a BBQ grill and tables, chairs and lounge chairs. On the first level you also have a studio/den and two air-conditioned bedrooms. One bedroom has a small private patio by the pool and a private bathroom with a bath tub. The other bedroom, with an adjacent bathroom, faces the garden.
The wide staircase leads up to another large social area, with plenty of sofas and cushy chairs. Living room, dining room and kitchen are all in one wall-less huge area on one side of the staircase, giving this house a very spacious and airy ambiance. A bar separates the ample-sized kitchen from the wooden dining table for 8 people. The living room has comfortable couches and rustic Mexican furniture. Double doors of wood and glass open up to a nice big furnished terrace overlooking the garden and the main pool. This floor has two air-conditioned bedrooms; the master bedroom which has a private bathroom with jacuzzi and a small balcony towards the garden, and a second bedroom which has a private bathroom with a bath tub, and a small balcony facing the pools and the waterfall.
