Las Olas means "the waves" in Spanish, and this brand-new condominium building is appropriately named, since it is literally minutes from the turquoise Caribbean Sea and glorious white sand beaches for which Playa del Carmen is justly famous. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and are individually decorated by the owners with current, modern furniture. All master bedrooms have either King or Queen-sized beds, and the second bedrooms all have either Full, Queen, or King-sized beds. The unique bathrooms feature interesting all-glass bowl sinks and multi-hued blue/aqua tiled showers.

Since the most popular beach clubs in town are just a 3 minute stroll away, you can easily spend your days soaking up the sun's rays and feeling the sea breeze on your skin.
