LOCATION

Condominiums Villas Arqueologicas in Playacar Phase 1, Playa del Carmen, Mexico The condominiums of Villa Arqueologicas are located in Playacar Phase 1, a gated residential community adjacent to Playa del Carmen. It's situated right by the entrance to Playacar, so it's very close to the funky town of Playa del Carmen. Next door neighbor is a Mayan ruin, and the beach is only 30 yards away.

DESCRIPTION

We have three units here at Villas Arqueologicas, each with a different lay-out. They're all personally decorated by the owners and all have a rustic charm to them. These condos are built with lots of wood and hand painted tiles, which gives the place a Mexican/Caribbean feeling. All three condos have lots of balconies facing at least three sides of the building, providing a open and airy feeling. All three units are charming, comfortable and very likable. All our condos have large furnished balconies with a great view over an area with semi-jungle and a ancient Mayan ruin which once was a light house. The beach is just across the street, so from the 3rd floor condos you'll have a fantastic ocean view. The 1st floor condo also face the ocean and you can see a sliver of ocean through the lush vegetation.

*Note*: the ONE-BEDROOM condo has an additional small bedroom with a queen size bed, AC and closets (no balcony). Though fully functional, the diminutive size of this bedroom is why the condo is not advertised as a 2 bedroom condo. The extra bedroom can be opened up for an extra fee at special request.

The Two-Bedroom Condo - 2 bdrm/1 bath, 3rd floor
