Condominiums Xaman-Ha in Playacar Phase 1, Playa del Carmen, Mexico The condominiums of Xaman-Ha (pronounced Shaman-Ha; this is the Mayan name for Playa del Carmen) are located in Playacar Phase 1, a gated residential community just south of the ferry dock to Cozumel and between the beach and 10th avenue in Playa del Carmen. This building has a fantastic beach front location and a great pool. It's situated right by the entrance to Playacar, so it's very close to 5th avenue and all the restaurants, shops, and bars for which Playa is famous.

DESCRIPTION

All condominiums at Xaman-Ha are privately owned, and individually decorated after the owner's taste. Although each condo is different in style, they all have some traits in common, such as the amenities listed below and the fact that they all have a balcony or a terrace facing the amazing Caribbean Sea. The condos of Xaman-Ha have pretty much the ultimate location since you have the privacy of the exclusive community of Playacar, yet you're only moments from the famous 5th Avenue, the main drag of Playa del Carmen. This building faces the ocean, so each condo has an ocean view, perfect for beautiful sunrises and at night you have the lights of Cozumel twinkling on the horizon. The sizable pool is right on the beach; adjacent to the pool you'll find a great oceanfront lounge area, covered by a thatched palapa roof.
