Project overview: large (many greater than 1 hectare/2.5 acres), low-density lots on a protected, pristine beach 3kms long fringed by wetlands and mangroves (lots of birds). The beach is a very significant turtle nesting area and the project includes a non-profit foundation for the protection of this habitat including egg incubation and release programs. Additionally a green iguana protection program aims to increase the population of this endangered and beautiful native species. All the wetlands, mangroves, and beachfront vegetation are protected green zones. The area does not suffer from beach erosion because the all-important beachfront vegetation has never been removed, and it will continue in this fashion. The area is a former coco plantation so there is abundant amounts of palm trees and there are many mango trees. All lots have a view of the ocean, abundant fresh well water and electricity. There is cellphone coverage.

Location: the exact location will be published once we officially launch the project. At this point we can say that it is centrally located on the Pacific coast of Mexico, 15 minutes away from a small resort town, just over two hours away from a major resort area.

Titles: the property has had legal title for over 60 years and each lot individually titled and verified.
There is absolutely no history of ejido ownership.
