Pros: Clean,Quite Cold A/C and location
Cons: None

What a great little hotel. Nothing fancy at all. The A/C was the coldest we have ever had. there is a great little pool for swimming and outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. Very Quite place. They also have free I-Net use for up to 1/2 hour for free. They let me make local calls for free. The office also sells cold drinks and water. They have an outdoor covered common area for relaxing and reading books. Great garden area with the sound of birds. Vivian is awesome to deal with and the staff is very nice.

Pros: Clean, Quite, Comfortable
Cons: None

We stayed at Maya Bric for 2 nights in March. We did not have reservations so we took the last room. We would have stayed longer but they only had room for the 2 nights. No complaints, clean, quite, and great AC. Would stay there again.

Pros: location, price
Cons:

We stayed for week in 2005. The rooms were nice, decent size. Not a lot of shower pressure, but have found that in most of the smaller hotels. The maid service was outstanding as usual. The staff was helpful and friendly. Enjoyed watching the divers get ready as there is the dive shop next door along with trainers at the hotel. The only negative I can say is I wished there were more chairs outside in the shaded area. It has a nice little area by the pool, but if you wanted to set under the trees, they would need to add more chairs. Has a very nice small courtyard. Great location.

Pros: location, friendly staff, A/C, free internet
Cons: needs refrigerator in room

I love the location right on 5th and a short walk to the beach. The staff is very friendly and all welcomed me back on my second stay. Clean, quiet, and quaint. The only negative is that I wish the rooms had a small refrigerator to keep water and drinks in. They do have a refrigerator in the office that is shared among guests and staff. The water and soft drinks in office for sale is lots cheaper than at stores. Bring your own beach towels and washcloths.
