The ATV Jungle Tour rocks! Six of us went (4 adults and two kids - ages 17 and 20). We all road single, however, you can ride double for slightly less $. I'd recommend paying a little more to ride single... it's a lot more fun.
Tip: If you enjoy going fast, then keep towards the back of the group when the other ATVs take off. This allows you to hang back a little and give more space between the other ATVs so you can go faster!
Were clothes that you don't mind getting dirty... it's highly likely that you'll end up wearing trail dust, mud, grease or a combination of the three. Were your swimsuit under your clothes so if you can swim in the cenote... which is wonderful... we could've spent the entire day just hanging out there.
A staff photographer takes pix of each person when the tour starts and again during the tour when you're rounding a bend on the trail. The photos are available for purchase at the end of the tour.
Our only complaint was that it didn't last longer. We could've spent the entire day riding and hanging out in the jungle and swimming in the cenote.

It's a nice ride , bumpy at times but it's worth it. I especially liked the swimming holes ( "cenotes" ) where you can admire fantastic stalagmite formations , or take a swim in the crystal clear water. Don't forget to use a mosquito repellent in the jungle , those nasty creatures will eat you alive. I recommend this trip very much.

My then-17-yr-old son and I did this tour in August of 2003 and both loved it. There were only 4 riders plus the guide, so we got very personalized attention. It was actually much harder work than I expected it to be to stay on the trail as it's not much wider than the ATV itself, but the whole thing was just a hoot, particularly the chance to cool off halfway through in the cenote. It was a little pricey, but well worth it for both my son and me. As was mentioned, you don't wanna wear anything you wouldn't be willing to throw away afterward, particularly if it starts out white. We were two big mudballs at the end of the trip!

Could this type of adventure exist in USA? No way! But that doesn't mean its a good time. We were racing through the jungle at hi speeds with very little training (hopefully you know what you are getting into with 4 wheel ATV's) and no safety equipment. We visited a small but refreshing Cenote, a small mayan ruin along with other stuff. Who knows you might even run into a bonafide movie star while on your adventure, we did, none other than Sean and Robin Penn! Ol Sean isn't the most personal guy but it was still funny seing them on the trip.
You leave the adventure covered in dirt but having a big smile on your face.
