My daughter and I stayed at the Kinbe and loved the location. Close to the beach and 5th. The security was good, as you would leave your key when gone and pick up when you returned. 24 hour desk service. The rooms were very clean, had a great rooftop view. The only thing was the stairs, coming home after a night of tequila was a little tricky. It is a little rustic, but that is what we love about Playa.
